The Harvest Ridge Townhomes are managed by RowCal. The Association dues "assessments" are $235.00 per home, per month. All homes pay the same dues amount. Assessments are due on the first of each month and are considered late if received after the 30th of the month when a $15.00 late fee plus 18% annum fees are imposed. The Association's Fiscal year runs from January to December.
Any owner needing current finances or the approved budget, please get in touch with the Manager.
Owners may paint their main front entry door one of four pre-approved colors: Behr Premium Plus and Premium Plus Ultra paints in: 1) 550F-7 Blue Spell, 2) 410F-7 Fiddle Leaf, 3) S-H-170 Red Brick and 4) 770B-6 Oakwood Brown. When the HOA conducts its paint cycle, these colors will be offered and can be painted at that time.

The 2023 Board meeting schedule is: January 18, May 17, and August 16 (budget prep), and the Budget Meeting and Annual Meeting will be in September (tentatively set for the 27th). Meetings will be at 5 PM at the East Branch Library. If you need a Zoom link for Board meetings, please get in touch with Derek or to verify the meeting time/date and to be placed on the agenda.
