With the recent Covid-19 impacts on the community, here are a few updates so you know what is happening with the Association.

1. If you have any Architectural Control Committee (ACC) requests, if possible, please email the information to Derek at Derek@ZandRMgmt.com and if needed, you can still drop off your request at Z&R's office (but you will need to call and let them know it's outside the main entry doors) so it can be placed inside.  ACC reviews will still continue but efforts will be made to reduce social contact until further notice.   

2. HOA Board of Director's meetings: will not be held in a public/open forum until further notice.  The Board of Directors will be meeting as originally scheduled but by electronic means.  If you have anything for the Board to consider, please email Derek at Derek@ZandRMgmt.com. 

3. Scam reports: We are hearing of new scams for items being sold on the internet (products claiming to kill the Coronavirus or protect you from it, testing kits, treatment options, preventative options, cures, etc.) to persons coming door to door attempting to sell you something or obtain your personal information for a check to be issued from the government. 

If you see a product on the internet that's being promoted to prevent or treat coronavirus, don't buy it.  There have also been reports of Phishing messages, whether in a text an email claiming to be from the World Health Organization or, "Click here for your free vaccine or additional information about how to protect yourself."  Do not click on any links or download unknown links from unknown senders.  ** There currently IS NOT an FDA approved home test kit available for the virus. 

Donations: please be cautious if a person contacts you or if you are contacted by other means that makes you feel rushed or if they are asking for gift cards, cash or asking you to wire money.  Please be vigilant.

A memo from the Colorado Springs Police Department:

We know that there are a lot of questions regarding the state’s new “Stay at Home” order. We want to assure you that Colorado Springs Police (CSPD) officers are still here for our community during these difficult times. In order for us to best serve you, we need your help. 

It is important that someone who needs access to police, fire, and AMR are able to reach a dispatcher without delay. Before calling 911 or our non-emergency dispatch number (719) 444-7000 regarding COVID-19, we ask that our community members please review the governor’s order to ensure you have an understanding of what is and is not allowed during this “Stay at Home” Order.

Additionally, we hope the information below will help direct people to the correct points of contact so their questions and concerns can be addressed as quickly as possible.
